Non communication!

I ordered my Shein parcel on the 27th March and from the 9th of April it has been stuck on ‘transit to third party express’. Buffalo has no agent to physically call and talk to. The whatsapp number given on the app and on the emails DOES NOT exist on whatsapp. Eventually I found an existing whatsapp number which supposedly allows you to talk to an agent but the agent never answers ?! I want to know when I can expect my parcel as it’s supposed to be delivered already. No one answers Buffalo emails as well.
