No updates

Not happy with the service, can't get an update on my package. My package has been with Buffalo for 7 days now. I've logged tickets, sent an email, a whatsapp, spoke to two agents and still can't get an update on when I will receive delivery. I've asked if i can go and collect apparently I can't, but the agent will escalate it. On Monday the website robot responded and said I will receive my package within 24hours.... it's Saturday and still waiting.
