NO UPDATE ON MY PARCEL FOR 5 DAYS NOW!!!

I am VERY DISSAPOINTED in Buffalo Logistics. I never had this issue before, but it seems like they were not ready for Xmas parcels. Had NO update since the 15th of December 2022 on my parcel? You don't get hold of anyone at Buffalo Logistics Warehouse in Kempton Park. There are so many people struggling with their parcels. What a BAD XMAS this is going to be for my children with NO presents.
