No service

How is it possible that I ordered a package last month and ever received the 2nd of December my package was scanned in at the airport in China and that's that. It has not moved at all. I phoned Buffalo and all I get is sorry, we don't know. The package I ordered several days after the first one has already been delivered. What should happen? Expected delivery date is today even though my package has been sitting in the China Airport since 2nd December. The consultant only tells me to wait and that there is nothing to be done.
