No sense of urgency from the company or subcontractor if there's a company that renders services of behalf of Buffalo International logistics

I'm not sure if it's the company or subcontractor but service is poor. The order estimated for 23 December 2025 has not arrived to me yet but I received a call it's in Dbn already but sense of urgency doesn't exist. I am still waiting for my Temu order. Please assist as your WhatsApp line has not been of any assistance to me nor the email I sent asking for support.
