No sense of urgency

It has been a week that this company has my parcel and everytime I call they tell me the same BS that my parcel will be given to me by the end of the week. Their delivery guys refuse to come to my side of town and as soon as it is noon the delivery is unfinished. I have called to ask if I may rather drive to get my parcel or meet the driver halfway and all I get is “unfortunately you cannot, is there anything else we can assist with?” B*tch! I WANT MY PARCEL! What else can you possibly assist with besides giving me my parcel that I paid for. Shein can’t force you to use this company. It’s not on
