No Response No Feedback! Terrible Service

terrible service, no feedback, the number provided keeps ringing, no answer! Ive been trying to get ahold of them for the passed 2 days and order was placed early November and no feedback since. This really disappointing as it was a christmas gift. I expect immediate response/ assistance***
