No refund from BUFFALO LOGISTICS

Absolute WORST service. I never received my parcel from Shein - Shein refunded me 48 hours later. I filled in a refund form and sent POP to Buffalo as requested, only to be told it would take 2 weeks. I can only escalate if refund wasn't made after 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks, and have been calling and following up ever since. It has now been almost 2 months without ANY refund. Whenever I call, they escalate. Nothing happens after. I even was told refund is being processed on the 20th of March, which now is another 2 weeks later without anything. I just called again, only to be hanged up on because I wasn't very happy with their service. Even when you whatsapp them as per their number they provide, you do not receive a response.
