No refund.

I purchased clothes from SHEIN, which took over 2 months to be delivered in which I paid for customs twice - I was told to complete a refund form which was said to take 7-14 working days and 6 weeks later after numerous calls and emails the same AI Generated responses... still no refund.

Frustrating!!!
