NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CBCU NO CHECK UPS!!!???

From ***9~***2 my parcel was by CBCU for inspection. Asking Buffalo to find out what was going on? Then changed to ***2~***5 and again asked Buffalo what is happening as my parcel works through them! Reply was: `Hi, CUBC inspected it randomly, please don't worry.` What reply is this as my parcel was suppose to be released yesterday??? This Company needs to get its act together and give proper Customer Service!
