No parcel delivered and unable to get refund

Requested a refund for my customs paid for an order that I did not receive. Buffalo claim to be investigating the whereabouts of the parcel. The order was meant to be delivered in May and I have spent the whole of June trying to get a refund. I just get the runaround on each call. They are well aware that the parcel has not been delivered and yet I sit waiting. No parcel.......no refund 😕
