No package yet received yet and no one can tell me where ny package is.

Hi. I ordered items from Temu and i am realy struggling to get my package because Buffalo cannot tell me where my package is. For the last few days they keep saying my package will be delivered shortly but the whatsapp nr tell ny that there is an issue with the delivery. One message said it was already delivered🙁. I am furious and fed up. The customer care number is not helping at all because nobody is on the other side to answer or help. Emails did't help either. What am i to do? They don't give the nane if the 3rd party courier so how can i know where my package is? Was it delivered at a wrong address without asking for identity of the person that received it(because that also happened in a previous package of mine). I am so angry.
