NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST WITH DELIVERY

Very disappointing delivery service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by the 19th Nov 2024 till to date I have not received. I do not know who is lying between their agents over the phone or their drivers. The status of my parcel went over a week without any update. When I eventually call I was told about a wrong address that was captured by them, next thing I am getting automated phone calls about a failed delivery attempt. That time I did not receive any indication that: 1. my parcel was on its way for delivery on such a date. 2. no notification via SmS or phone call. When i query this, I am told that the driver could not get hold of me. That time I have never received even a single call or a missed from them on the alleged date of delivery. At this point I do not know what to do as of today I am being told about having to pay an extra delivery fee. No one is available to answer these questions. Everyone is escalating. I have called almost everyday since the 19th Nov. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been through so many different agents and each time I have to re-tell my query and what has transpired.
