No integrity, still waiting for my refund

I mistakenly made a payment twice, for the first payment their system said payment not successful, after making the second payment I realised that the first payment went through already when I looked at my bank application.

I am very disappointed with their customer service, I app**** for a refund twice and followed up on my application plenty times, I did not receive a refund or communication from them. No integrity at all, I am very disappointed. The entire month of February and March 2024, I waited to receive a refund and now it is early April.
