No delivery service
Placed an order through Temu. This is the messages i receive. 12 March - Order Submitted 12 March - Order Paid 13 March - Order packed 13 March - Order Shipped 14 March - Pick up Temu warehouse 15 March - Package arrived at airport 16 March - Flight Deaprture 18 Mach - package arrived at airport 18 March - Taxes Paid 18 March - Customs clearance completed. Up to here was excellent service from Temu, then the nightmare starts. 21 March - Buffalo Airport Warehouse received 22 March -In transit fro (AIRDC) to (JHBDC) 22 March - Receive in ZA WH 22 March - Pack completed in JHBDC 22 March - in Transit from JHBDC to CPTDC 25 MArch - Receive in CPTDC 25 March - Consignment details captured 25 March - Tramsit to 3rd part express 26 March - Delivery 26 March - Closed and Dispatched 27 March - Parcel returning 27 March - Floor Check 30 March - Delivery (again) 30 March - Closed and Dispatched (again) 01 April - Parcel returning (again)
We are a 24/7 operation, so no excuse of no one at delivery address can be used.
When contacting Buffalo on the given nr: *** , you keep on holding for roughly 8 minutes, then a answering machine start asking you to rate service, after that, you are cut off. On the website, there is an option to chat to a person or bot, if you chose person, nothing happens. when tracking your parcel, and you chose to collect parcel, you are being told it is not allowed, as parcel is out for delivery.
I know Buffalo will not respond to any query or complaint, this is just to bring this to the attention of online shoppers.
The only communication was on the Temu app. Stating these exact phrase "We have noticed that the tracking has not been updated recently. We are contacting the carrier to verify the status of the package, WHICH WILL TAKE SOME TIME. We will update the tracking information as soon as possible.
Please be careful when you order from Temu, as it seems like you will not receive your package.

If you type in reference number, it is now stuck at the airport. On the app it still sits with the 1st of April parcel returning.
