No delivery of package!!!! no response from Buffalo

am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by Buffalo logistics. They refuse to deliver my package and cannot give me any information on why it is not being delievered. I have called, sent emails, requested escalations but no response!!! Has your driver or company ****** my package??? is this the service you provide to people?
