No delivery of goods

I made an order on shein on the 21st of March . About three days later my order was shipped and I paid the customs. My package has been stuck with buffalo logistics ever since. I paid my customs but my status has not updated. My tracking just says delivery is in accelerated transit since the 2nd of April. They do not answer calls .there is no form of communication!
