No delivery, no assistance

I had to receive my parcel between 4-7 Jan. On 10 Dec I received a msg that it is out on delivery, witch failed. On 17 Jan I received another sms. Still no delivery. I’ve been emailing, whatsapps on their preferred whatsapp number for 2 weeks now. Still NO assistance. This is terrible! You can’t seem to reach anyone for assistance at this company.
