No delivery made

buffalo has been nothing but a useless logistics company. my order was suppose to arrive last week, they claim that they tried reaching out to me but i haven’t received a message or a call from the company. my package has now been returned to the warehouse because they claim they called when they didn’t. that’s totally unacceptable!!!
