No delivery/ *********** logistics company

Buffalo logistics is the worst company ever, I have been waiting for my parcel with was said would be delivered on 22-23 initially, they later changed the estimated date to 27 March, today is the 31st and my messages are now ignored when I send them a text, I honestly think these people have lost my parcel, they don't deserve to still be in business. I am fuming😡😡 they are the most unprofessional logistics company to ever exist, when I tract my order its been showing "out on Lin haul" for the past couple of days.
