NO DELIVERY FROM BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

Hello Peter I have order from SHEIN online on the 13 January 2023, the parcel was sent to BUFFALO INETERNATIONAL LOGISTICS, and on the 26 of January 2023, i received an e-mail from BUFFALO saying that my parcel got lost in transit , since then i have not got any communication from either SHEIN or BUFFALO. Please advice what to do.
