No delivery done

BUFEX***YQ - i have called and logged numerous queries for the tracking number BUFEX***YQ, its been 2 weeks and my customer has not recieved the order

The website is not updated, my customer is being told to contact the third party to find out where the delivery is, Buffalo should be assisting in locating the parcel as it was collected by you guys and not a third party, furthermore, if given to a third party, why is there no details provided - my customer is told to call the driver to find out where is the delivery, and that number does not exist

I cannot locate my parcel and i urgently need buffalo to get back to me
