No delivery but Shein showing delivering..

What's happening to this Logistics?Since Tuesday,you have been delivering.Everyday I've been receiving messages that you are delivering but I'm not receiving my package.Yesterday you said it was weather issues.Even today you'll give complains again about weather when it changes.And now the driver kept lying that he came where i live and no one was at home.How is that supposed to mean because he didn't even call me.And when i ask a security.He said no delivery guy from buffalo came or talked to him.They then sent an email saying wrong address what what...How can it be a wrong address today while it wasn't in the past day....Buffalo isn't a good logistic.I don't know if it's the drivers or you guys just keep on lying or what
