No delivery attempts, and lying about it.
Your delivery staff lies. No one has phoned me for delivery. I have been waiting, stuck at home for five days, not even going to the neighbors, my phone with me at all times, for an urgent package. I have even phoned your help line. I have given a second phone number, I have been trying everything to get my packages delivered. Now you have sent it back to the warehouse without trying once to deliver or phone. I have CCTV proof that no delivery attempts were made, I have my call logs on my phone to prove that no call was missed.
