No delivery and no response

First time using their services after it was recommended by someone. Extremely disappointed. To be honest there IS no service. It's nearly a month and I still haven't recieved my Shein order with items that I need today. Despite emailing and using their website chat many times I haven't recieved a response. You're kept on hold forever and don't get a reply. I just hope it will eventually arrive.Terrible experience Buffalo! Will not be using them again. Will contiue with my old efficient platform.
