No delivery and lost parcel

My parcel arrived in SA on the 4th of December 2023 to this day Buffalo has not updated the status of my parcel I tried calling them and spoke to a lady called Mamello who told me she doesn't know where my parcel is, as she does not see the third party my parcel was handed to on the system, I'm disappointed
