No Delivery

You order goods from China and are advised to pay Customs which is very vague: No instructions no e-mail to advise where to go and pay you have to find this out yourself: Once Customs paid to get notified that goods are on their way to you but you receive nothing. You send e-mail and are advised that somebody will get back to you in 24 Hours but how many 24 hours must one wait. My suggestion is stay away from Companies using this Company as courier a waste of money stay away stay away my caution to all
