No Customers… Customers are muted

Been calling the call center can’t get through. WhatsApp line is non existent, no one response to the messages, it’s been over 3week. The call center has a caller count down, when you are number one on the queue, there is dead air, I’m not sure if consultants put caller on mute , or there is something wrong with the lines. The 3rd time I got to the agent, however she was busy talking someone telling them how bored they are.

I’m still waiting on my parcel… their service is ridiculous!!!! Appalling
