NO CUSTOMER SERVICE : *****ing packages

dont even want to give it a one star. dont answer emails nor whatsapps, but after 10 minuts holding on line they reply by saying they cannot do anything or are not allowed to. they first lost my parcel..then I had to pay tax twice and then on delivery date they had vehicle issues and now they dont know when the parcel will be delivered. and they changed the tracking order to a new one to lie about the dates, but I copied and photographed all the correspondence .THEY ARE USELESS IN COSTUMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF THEM.AGAIN
