No customer service

Been waiting for a parcel that was supposed to have been here in January 2021. I WhatsApp them got and answer saying they can't find my parcel and will try and allocate it. That was on the 1st February since then no answer. I WhatsApp called and getting no feedback from them. So between Paxi and them my parcel can't be found.
