No customer service at all

They never deliver customer items on time , they don’t answer their phone, the don’t respond to Emails , they don’t answer WhatsApp. Nothing is operational with this company, as matter of fact I fail to understand why SHEIN is still using buffalo logistics coz they losing customers because of them , I’ve been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now after paying customs , waiting for my order SHEIN REMOVE BUFFALO LOGISTICS
