NO Customer Service!!

This is the 2nd time I am writing a bad review for Buffalo Couriers SA. Their lack of customer service is unbelieveable!! NO communication to customers at all regading the status of parcels. In future I will not ever again order from any Company that make use of this Courier Company! I have ordered from Temu and my order was shipped already on 9 June. Import taxes was paid on 13 June and my parcel has been at Buffalo SA warehouse since 15 June. 10 days later and NO parcel received yet. NO status updates and NO cummincation on emails. Temu will be losing Customers fast if they continue using these Couriers!!
