No Customer Service!!!!
No Customer Service!!!! Does not know the difference between 2 address that is listed in Kempton & Brakpan!!! Same street name but the code is different! Given Simango calls to deliver the parcel confirms the correct address, but 10min later he is in the wrong place! Said the parcel was wrongly allocated! Since 2024-09-05 15:01 my parcel has NOT been delivered as no response on mail ***
