No Customer Service

Buffalo Logistics South Africa dispatched a parcel for delivery to me on Monday 19th February . It was never delivered. Then again on the 21st February, again not delivered. Now it is at a floor check at the Cape Town facility, after it has been dispatched twice, and still not delivered. When I phoned them on several occasions they cant give me a reason, neither the name if the so called courier company they have used. They are absolutely useless, I don't even understand why they have a call centre.
