NO CUSTOMER CARE OR COMMUNICATION

Buffalo is absolutely useless.

Their phone lines cut off the entire time and even when they don't cut off then nobody answers the phones.

No reply to my emails.

WhatsApp was the only response that I received and that was some generic response and did not assist in any way whatsoever.

Ordered from light in the box previously and they used DHL.

SHEIN needs to change their service providers.
