no communication skills , unprofessional

What a bad service form Buffalo its been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for my parcel , They sent me an email yesterday asking for my tracking details but nothing else , they really unprofessional this has to be my last time ordering on Shein because of this bad service , I paid tax on the 04 Dec 2024 still no delivery , they asked me to upload proof of payment , I did that on Monday its Wednesday now and still no update like I hate them marn
