No Communication or Customer Service skills

I've placed an order with Shein in November and my expected delivery was on the 12 December and to date I still have not received my order. I've called the Customer Care line numerous times and I've been told my issue has been escalated, and thus far no one has bothered getting back to me. I've been told that an escalation would take 24HRS before I can get feedback and nothing!!! Their service is pathetic and logging a complaint on their website is just as pathetic. Shein is also doing absolutely nothing about the issue that is being raised. This company hounds you for customs payments and this is how long you have to wait to get your order. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
