No communication

I still dont understand why buffalo had whatsapp method of communication and email while they actually dont attend or reply to them.

I logged a return with Shein, buffalo was suppose to collect, they don’t communicate and they dont reply yo whatsapp or emails, and its delaying the return process.

This is really not good
