No communication between drivers and customers

Their service is extremely bad. They have customers contact details however if the address is wrong or they don't find the location they don't contact the customer. After the address has been changed they still keep on sending it to the very same incorrect address and still no call from the driver. I believe they make income by charging second transport charges hence they don't bother on calling customers if the location isn't found.
