No assistance from Head Office to exceptional service from delivery team!!

My experience with Buffalo Logistics was unfortunately very disappointing at Head Office level. My parcel arrived earlier than expected while my office was closed, and when I contacted Head Office for assistance, I was repeatedly redirected between Buffalo Logistics and Temu, with no ownership taken or solution offered.

That said, the delivery team provided exceptional service. I contacted Thandolwethu (not sure if your name is correct) , who had delivered my previous parcels, and he immediately assisted by finding out who had my parcel. Hector then went above and beyond by going out of his planned delivery route to personally ensure that my parcel reached me.

The contrast between Head Office support and the delivery drivers’ service was significant. Buffalo Logistics Head Office could learn a great deal about customer service from their delivery staff, who demonstrated accountability, initiative, and genuine care. A sincere thank you to Hector for turning an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive one. We need more people who care about service delivery, the way you do!
