No assistance

Very disappointed. My parcel was hijacked while still in transit. Received email from SHEIN advising delivery wasn’t made due to incorrect address/unreachable. No further correspondence or assistance from Buffalo to rectify the error with SHEIN. VERY FRUSTRATING. Tracking no BUFZA***YQ
