NO ANSWERS FROM BUFFALO LOGISTICS!!!!!!!

I'm so frustrated! I received a mail from Buffallo that my parcel is being shipped and that I will receive it within 48hrs. Now they let me know that my parcel has been sent back to Buffalo but I have NEVER received a confirmation that my parcel is on its way to my address. No one is answering or getting back to me. Phone is ringing non stop and the Whatsapp line is useless!! Not sure what to do now.
