No accountability, stole my goods

This courier is delivering for Schein in South Africa. I have received 3 emails saying they attempted delivery of my parcel and will now not deliver it. Unfortunately I have 24/ 7 receiving capability so I KNOW they did not attempt to deliver. I called their customer service line and was told that they agent will me back IF the warehouse manager tells her anything. The outcome is that Buffalo is holding thousands of rands of my goods and I have no ability to get them. Do not use this company.
