Nkosazana is soooo rude!!!!! She hang up on me

If it was possible to give buffalo 0 rating, I would without a doubt. I am waiting for my refund, I have sent an email with all the necessary information and I did not even get an acknowledgement to say the mail is received and how long its gonna take for the refund to be processed. I called in to follow up on that, this Nkosazana lady literally had the nerve to hang up on me. While I was still talking. How rude!!! When I called back to speak to her so that she can advise why she did what she did, she was apparently on lunch. So Nkosazana' s lunch is sooo much precious and sooo much important more than satisfying the client. You should train your staff so they know how to speak and how to treat clients!!!!!!!! I suggest you listen to the call between and her and just hear she was so quick to fight and defend herself while I was not even fighting with her.
