Nightmare service

I have purchased items from this app in China called Temu. The company to deliver my goods are Buffalo Logistics, my purchase was done on the 25th of February 2024, the tracking on Buffalo website has been a nightmare. One day my item was received and supposed to.be delivered. The next day returned to the warehouse for incorrect allocation., the next day it says I requested a reschedule which I know nothing about. The challanges are endless and now it says waybill received, I don't know what to do or what is really going on and at this time I feel I maybe dooped, it feels like the Buffalo logistics is a ***** and the same with this Temu app for clothing items and accessories based in China. What a nightmare as I have been trying to reach out to Buffalo logistics but they just put me on hold and after few minutes I just get cut.
