Nightmare Company to deal with!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. My parcel was delivered on 16/04/25, and I logged a return the same day. The driver came on 17/04/25 to collect it, but now the parcel has mysteriously gone missing. I've escalated the issue multiple times, only to keep receiving the same generic response that a driver will collect it — even though it was already collected! After several days of back and forth, the collection order was simply canceled, and no one can tell me where my return is. Buffalo has been completely unhelpful, offering no clear answers, just the same copy-paste reply. Extremely frustrating.
