Never ship any parcel with this logistic company. They are terrible and never answer their calls or WhatsApp messages

They don’t attend to customer’s enquiries. I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered last week the 7th of October but till today I don’t have my parcel. On their tracking site it now says that the parcel is returned: reason address reachable, tel undiable. I have sent messages to their WhatsApp number and still there’s answer. Their service is terrible and they are *************. Never ship any parcel using this logistic company.
