NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AFTER ALMOST A WHOLE MONTH

I made a purchase on Shein on 24 May 2024 and then received a notification that buffelo received my package on 30 May 2024. They then proceeded to deliver but never contacted me and then returned my package saying nobody was there to collect. I then gave them a different address to deliver to and they have still not delivered my package. I have emailed and called and nobody can give me an answer on when they will deliver. I asked tobspeak to a manager because the consultant who's name is Maseefah could not answer any of my questions or give me any information. She then told me she cannot let mw speak to a manager and will get one to call me back. I asked when will the manager call and she AGAIN said she does not know. The drivers never call when they are delivering and the company never replies to emails, phone calls, calls logged on the system or whatsapp messages. It is almost an entire month and i have not received my package or any communication as to when i will recwive my package.
