Never ever again!!!

If SHEIN doesn’t stop using Buffalo Logistics then they will lose customers. I was home the whole day Friday and then when I check my emails I see one saying that my parcel was delivered and received by client. I never received my parcel so I’m wondering where my parcel was delivered to. This is so frustrating, I tried to call this morning and I was caller no. 2 then all of a sudden after holding for 10 minutes I hear that the operator or whatever is not available yohhhh. I have 2 parcels with Buffalo. TWO, and both of them have not been delivered since the first week of March. Buffalo needs to be shut down because a lot of people have been complaining about them. And it’s pointless even writing a review on here because they are not registered on here or something but we’re doing it hoping that other customers will be aware and know what is going on. **** **** service the worst service ever!!!! I’m hoping that I will get both my parcels or I’ll have to ask for a refund.
