Never delivers.

This delivery company is entirely ***********, continuing to not deliver packages and telling customers to wait. I have had 9 orders total with Buffalo, and all of 1 showed up on time, and it's the one order where I was waiting outside to receive it. Any package sent for delivery that you are not home for, always ends up with one phone call and no way of contacting the driver if you are busy at that minute. I received a singular call and happened not be right next to my phone; it rang for all of 10 seconds before being dropped, with no way to call back and speak to the driver.

I have never met a company so useless
